Tufano. “In overseeing our PBM, behavioral health, Exchange, and Medicare products, David will serve an integral leadership role in advancing our mission of supporting members across their full life journey.”
"Having worked on both the payer and provider side of health care, I’ve learned how important it is for Medicaid and senior health plans in particular to understand and address the non-medical challenges so many Americans face that heavily influence their health and quality of life. It is great to work for an organization that is a leader in tackling these social determinants of life and health. I am thoroughly impressed by the entire company's commitment to making a true impact on the lives of the people it serves," said Finkel.
Finkel holds a B.A. degree in community health from the University of Rochester and an M.B.A. degree in health care administration from Baruch College and Mount Sinai Icahn School of Medicine.
